Our Abu Dhabi Adventure Tours run on people — skilled drivers, welcoming camp staff and a support team that answers guests fast. Here are the kinds of roles we hire for.
Safari Drivers & Marshals
Licensed 4x4 drivers who lead dune bashing and keep guests safe on the sand. You know the Al Khatim dunes, read the terrain and set the right pace for every group.
Desert Camp Staff
The friendly faces at our Bedouin-style camp — serving BBQ dinner, running activities like henna and camel rides, and making every guest feel at home.
Customer Support
Our booking team answers guests on phone, WhatsApp and email from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You help people choose the right tour and confirm their pickup details.

Do I need experience to work on a desert safari team?
Safari drivers need a valid safari licence and at least 3 years of desert driving experience. For camp staff and customer support roles, we welcome applicants with less experience and provide on-the-job training.
Are the roles based in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. All roles are based in Abu Dhabi, with most of the work happening at our Al Khatim desert base. You must be available to work in Abu Dhabi.
